How do we get more young people to contribute to Open Source projects? One idea: Encourage more companies to ask applicants for their open source experience when hiring. But this leads to another problem, where open source projects are essentially maintained and dependent on companies.

The Yollash recruitment platform for recruiters inherently prevents employers from engaging multiple recruiters, for the benefit of all involved. 🤗 Whilst some employers may see this as restrictive (which I suppose it is), it certainly leads to a better experience. 😅 I know this through my own mistake of having two recruiters source candidates for a single role.
