Why do you hire products? On Saturday, I had the pleasure of attending the Stromaufwärts Festival in Ingolstadt, Germany. The event provided a wealth of insight and inspiration. Several keynotes stood out to me: - Michael Oldenburger delivered a compelling talk on the entrepreneurial mindset, emphasizing its importance for sustainable success. - Marc Erras shed light on "Communicating Innovation", highlighting the importance of imagery speech and peak positioning. One of Marc's examples that resonated with me was the "Jobs to be Done" approach.
