I came across a negative story involving the widow of a first responder and how it led to a public relations issue for the city and governing body. By examining these real world stories and dissecting them, we can use them to get "ahead of the curve" and turn a potential negative situation into a "resume bullet" and positive earned media. We don't do fluff. We are trying to help public sectors level up and aspiring city managers build their resumes, "polish their portfolios," and advance their careers.
