Reference's What are people's opinion on these? I understand that we need to have a way of being able to check people's past performance and make sure there was no issue's. However the majority of these are completed by HR or admin, and contain employment dates and position who may have never even met the person! Do you have any idea's on what could possibly replace a reference?
