Some of the challenges that could arise are culture issues, virtual teams working in different countries, globalization and its effects on material price variabilities, supply chain analysis, uncertainties and risk management, machinery and equipment selection, and many others that affect how efficient would be this process: this is the task of a project manager; develop a project within the planned budget and schedule that can even exceed customer expectations.
