Among the work we've done at the Bellrock Group in the last year or so, the job levelling work lead by Sophie and Jay has been sneaky-big in terms of impact. As a fast growing business we have had to build capability and infrastructure worthy of a company of our size. This meant evaluating all 1600 job roles and assigning them to one of seven new job levels 💪 Having a defined job architecture provides structure for a large range of initiatives... reward and benefits... PDRs... performance management... learning and development... succession planning. It also provided the basis for building our new Bellrock Career Pathway 🏆 For each of the seven job levels the Pathway, launched as part of our 2024 PDR season, sets out typical qualifications and experience, the breadth and depth of experience required, supervisory/management responsibilities, and the people behaviours we expect people at each level to demonstrate ✅ As a result, wherever you are on the pathway, you know what is expected of you in terms of both what you do at work and how you do it.
