Today, I had the privilege of attending the 2024 STEM Career and Internship Fair at UC Santa Cruz. Engaging with recruiters and delving into discussions about potential job opportunities was an enriching experience. One proactive step I took prior to the event was applying for relevant positions in advance. By doing so, I ensured that recruiters had access to my resume and pertinent information, facilitating seamless conversations and maximizing the impact of our interactions. As I reflect on this experience, I recognize the importance of further proactive measures to enhance future career fair engagements.
