Celebrating wins is important. In the last week of last month, our AP Sales Team was on fire, closing 42% of our monthly goal – bringing us to 110% for the month! Our team has been hustling hard to get these results, and we had to give them a well-earned bell ring to celebrate (as you can hear in the video, this was an especially good one). Normally, I would have my team standing with me during a bell ring. This time? They were all on calls, actively pitching new partners and closing deals. They’re exactly where we want them to be – making things happen. Monthly milestones like these are a reminder that everyone’s hard work – from AP Sales to AP Ops to Field Ops – is paying off. Our Partners are seeing the results as well (meaningful revenue), which is why 52% of our deals closed last month were from expansions! But it’s not just about the numbers. It’s about the effort that goes into each win. Sometimes it’s closing on big expansions or a new large partner. Other times it’s taking smaller, strategic steps – helping an existing partner that has 6 renovated units that aren’t moving for them. We’re learning, expanding, and growing with each Partnership. I’m incredibly proud of my team for going out there and making it happen. I’ll be back with more bell rings – this rocket ship isn’t slowing down anytime soon.

We just wrapped up our 3rd talk track certification for the sales team at HST Pathways using our own version of April Dunford's approach from Sales Pitch: How to Craft a Story to Stand Out and Win, and it’s incredible to see the dedication from our teams to master how we articulate HST’s unique approach to solving ASC challenges. Next up: diving into RCM and Clinical Operations. My goal is to ensure our team doesn’t just know our products but understands how to translate that into solving real problems in the ASC space, helping our partners scale and grow.
