🌟 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤 🌟 Looking back, I can confidently call my journey at PlanetSpark my personal master's program after graduation. It was a transformational experience that shaped me both professionally and personally. I still remember my very first session at PlanetSpark and my very last one—both closed on the spot (guess I started and ended on a high note 😉). What happened in between? Well, let’s just say it was nothing less than a rollercoaster ride with its fair share of loops, dips, and unexpected turns! During my time at PlanetSpark, I was fortunate to contribute to a high-performing team and achieve milestones like maintaining a 10x revenue multiple in sales. I also had the chance to mentor juniors, guiding them on objection handling and closing deals—an experience that gave me immense satisfaction and pride. There were moments of significant setbacks too—two major downfalls in my revenue, each lasting 1-2 months. These tough times tested my patience and resilience, pushing me to dig deeper and emerge stronger. They taught me the art of staying focused, adapting to change, and persevering no matter what. A heartfelt thank you to my mentors and leaders Sheen Vishen, Shubham Sandhan, Kishor Talwar, Priya Bharti, Bilal Ahmed, Aman singh for being my guiding lights throughout this journey. Your constant support and belief in me gave me the confidence to push boundaries and grow. 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲, 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐈 𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤: 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴: Tough times don’t last, but the lessons they teach stay forever. 🚀 Innovation meets Teamwork: My Experience at the CAR-T: Expanding Horizons Global Hackathon! I recently had the fantastic opportunity to participate in the CAR-T: Expanding Horizons Global Hackathon – an event that truly takes creativity, problem-solving and collaboration to the next level. Together with an amazing team, we worked on an exciting project: Interdisciplinary CAR-T cell reference centers and Matchmaking. A few highlights from the experience: 💡 Team Synergy: Combining insights from different disciplines was key to developing our solution. ⚙️ Hands-On Innovation: Turning complex ideas into actionable solutions in such a short time. 🌍 Impact Potential: Addressing a critical need with a solution that could make a real-world difference. Special thanks to the organizers, mentors, and especially Stefan Hendriks, one of the inspiring judges who provided invaluable feedback and insights. Hackathons like this demonstrate the power of collaboration and innovation in expanding horizons. 🌟 One Year at ION! 🌟   Time flies when you're growing, learning, and doing what you love! I am thrilled to share that I have completed one incredible year as a Technical Analyst at ION. This journey has been nothing short of amazing, filled with challenges, opportunities, and countless moments of growth.   Over the past year, I have had the chance to: 1. Collaborate with amazing colleagues to resolve critical challenges and ensure smooth operations. 2. Attend and lead client calls, gaining valuable experience in understanding and addressing client requirements. 3. Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, contributing to efficient resolutions. 4. Learn and grown in an environment that challenges and nurtures my skills. 5. Work on an AI-based log grepping project during ION’s hackathon, further expanding my technical expertise. 6. Organize and actively participate in exciting company events, including: ->ION Contribution Run (ICR): Participating and contributing to the event's success. ->ION Women's Day (IWD): Anchoring the celebration. ->Food Festival: Anchoring while assisting the organizing team. ->ION Cricket League (ICL): Anchoring the opening ceremony and participating in both the regular and women's matches. ->ION<athon> localhost 3.0: Participating and showcasing innovative ideas. ->ION Foosball League (IFL): Serving as part of the organizing team. ->Annual Party: Organizing, dancing, and walking the ramp to make it unforgettable.   These experiences have helped me grow both personally and professionally. They have not only honed my skills in event management and public speaking but also brought me closer to my colleagues, creating bonds and memories that will last a lifetime.   I’m deeply grateful to my mentors, peers, and the leadership at ION for their guidance and encouragement throughout this journey. What did you want to be when you grew up? Since I was 5, I dreamed of being an astronaut. I attended Spacecamp, started a Young Astronauts Club, always had the newest telescope, and studied everything about space. While I didn’t make it into space, I did work as an intern at JPL on a planetary satellite, which was incredible. Growing up, I also loved helping people and did a lot of volunteer work. I had a mini car wash in middle school, sold flower leis to tourists in Maui, summer jobs working as admin support in businesses, even did some acting/modeling, and sold CutCo knives lol in high school. I've always loved technology, business, understanding how the world works, nature, running and exercise, being a mom and discovering how we as individuals can make a difference. I’m fascinated by how we communicate, support each other, and work together. These passions have guided my choices and career paths. The paths we take may not always be conventional, but I am so thankful for all the roles, companies, and life experiences that have shaped my journey. From working in tech and ecommerce companies in HR and operations to business strategy and consulting, to launching my own ventures, every step has played a crucial role in bringing me to where I am today. I’ll continue to share more about my journey from working on a satellite to founding Element Apothec and advising startups and my life in general. What did you want to be when you grew up? Another Konsileocon over and done, and honestly I think it was the best one yet. As someone who has personally brought in so many of the people in the room, it’s really wonderful to see them all together in one place, all thriving - and all contributing to make Konsileo thrive, too. Because it really is all of us together that makes Konsileo so special. You’re not a lone ranger here, you’re part of a team - one that’s specifically designed to support you, boost you, and amplify you. Of course, I also loved hearing all of the company updates, and seeing everyone speed networking - making more of the connections that will drive more and better outcomes when we’re all back in our home offices/regional hubs.
