Over the weekend we had our first Pop-Up event of the season at 2 Mountain High Outfitters locations- The Summit Birmingham and Cahaba Village on Friday March 29th. Just in time for shoppers getting ready for Spring Break and Easter weekend! Our sales team did an awesome job putting on this event and meeting new customers! Thank you Mountain High for letting us see our products in a retailer setting and helping us meet our local Birmingham shoppers!

April fools day! There is widespread debate as to the origin of today, but one thing we can all agree on, and that is we need to to be more critical of new information-especially on April 1st. Victoria & Memorial Day are right around the corner. Long weekends offer a huge sales opportunity, But only if your promos get noticed. Here’s how to cut through the noise and boost sales & basket size: 𝗧𝗶𝗽 𝟭: 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 - Don't just slap up sale signs. Think about your ideal long-weekend customer. - Are they seeking relaxation, social fun, or trying something new? Signage should reflect THAT. - Example: "Unwind this Weekend" display instead of generic "20% Off" 𝗧𝗶𝗽 𝟮: 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 - Limited-time bundles create a sense of exclusivity ("The Long Weekend Chill Pack") - Highlight specific strains/products that align with the holiday weekend, not just random markdowns. - Less is more: a few well-curated displays are more impactful than a chaotic "sale" vibe. 𝗧𝗶𝗽 𝟯: 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗸 𝗔𝗱𝗱-𝗼𝗻𝘀 - What are the best add-ons? Pre-rolls, edibles, beverages - Don’t forget the pairings: flower + papers, etc. - Think ahead: post-weekend recovery items Pro-tip: start running your promotions a few days ahead of the weekend to capture customers who are heading out of town.
