Being entrusted with such an important and meaningful topic is an honor. Sisterhood and connection are essential elements in empowering women in the healthcare industry. By fostering a sense of unity and support, we can create a robust network of women who uplift and inspire one another. This discussion created a platform to explore our challenges, celebrate our achievements, and share our experiences in Healthcare. Together, we can create a community that supports each other and advocates for change and progress in Healthcare. According to statistics, "In 2022, about 8 in 10 workers in all healthcare occupations were women". This means Women = Healthcare!
