1 week.... 5 working days..... That's all it took for a single LinkedIn post to generate over 200 applicants for our on-site HR Coordinator role. And in that same week, we were able to review all applications, screen the shortlist, interview our top 3, and send a contract to our top candidate (who accepted!!!). It's a testament to the power of a streamlined hiring process. We're excited to welcome our new HR team member and look forward to a successful year ahead. But this post isn't about that. It's about the importance of focusing on the Humans behind Human Resources. It's easy to get bogged down by outdated practices and unnecessary functions but by embracing change and streamlining our processes, we were able to find a qualified candidate for the job in what felt like the blink of an eye.
