I used to think arts and crafts were just for kids. Then I had a breakthrough with a client struggling with emotional eating. We tried something unconventional: food journaling but with a twist. Instead of writing, she drew her meals. The results were impressive: → Increased awareness of eating habits → Reduced binge episodes → Improved relationship with food This simple creative act became a powerful therapeutic tool. Now, I encourage all my clients to find their creative outlet: • Cooking as an art form • Photographing beautiful, nutritious meals • Even doodling while meal planning Creativity isn't just fun – it's fundamental to our well-being. How has creativity helped you on your health journey? #NutritionalTherapy #EmotionalEating #CorporateWellness
