Everyone should go to work and get home safely to the arms of their loved ones. No-one should ever suffer loss as the result of workplace negligence. But what does a real commitment to safety look like? Let’s be bold and ask: 1. What can I do to make my workplace safer? 2. What can I do to champion my employees to embrace a ‘safety culture’? 3. Do I know my safety obligations? 4. Do I understand how to use safety legislation practically to protect my people, business, and community? 5. Am I sure I’m doing enough? Safety shouldn’t be a goal; it’s the now - a commitment to being present, aware, and accountable to the lives around us. Wonder if you’re doing enough?
