Calling all innovators! This week, SDA updated our Systems, Technologies, and Emerging Capabilities (STEC) Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). Through this updated STEC BAA, SDA is soliciting executive summaries, invited proposal abstracts, and invited proposals for novel architecture concepts, systems, technologies, and capabilities that enable leap-ahead improvements to the agency's Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (#PWSA). The first official Tranche 3 opportunity is here! The request for proposals (RFP) is live for T3 Program Integration. SDA released an RFP for the Tranche 3 Program Integration (T3PI) effort of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (#PWSA). Through this RFP, SDA seeks systems engineering and integration activities to support the T3 program, which will extend the PWSA through the acquisition and integration of the next generation of hundreds of space vehicles and associated ground segment. Multiple vendors will deliver sets of space vehicles (SVs) that comprise each of the T3 Transport Layer (T3TL), T3 Tracking Layer (T3TRK), and T3 Custody Layer (T3CL), and multiple vendors are expected to contribute to the evolution of the PWSA ground segment (GS) to drive T3 SV integration, test, and mission operations. The T3 Program Integration contractor will be primarily responsible for the integration of T3 system elements to ensure interoperability within the operational PWSA. Proposals must be submitted by noon ET, Jan. 31, 2025.
