Being able to integrate your own data is the key to any kind of accuracy from todays models. You need to be able to train and fine tune models on your business, your customers and your approach. Making sure you can access and judge the quality of this data is the key to AI success. 3. Choosing to hold back on AI capabilities is giving less risk adverse competitors a huge advantage that you will struggle to gain back. Even in regulated industries you should not be scared of AI, you should be scared of those less scared to use it than you.
