I'm excited to introduce our latest innovation: Astracells 436Wh/kg lithium-metal-anode batteries, available in our stock! - Designed for Fixed-Wing Aircraft/VTOL: Optimized for efficient ~1-2C discharge. - For Multi-Copters: We recommend our 300Wh/kg semi-solid state batteries, which perform better for rapid discharge at high-C efficiently. - Battery Life: The lithium-metal anode offers 200-300 cycles. The main challenge has been lithium dendrite growth, but recent technological advancements have extended life from just 20 cycles to over 200, with more improvements expected as the technology matures. - Pricing and Samples: We have posted prices for sample batteries, including this latest type, on our website. This will help you assess which battery best suits your clients' needs, especially regarding operational costs.Available here: https://lnkd.in/ez8kDzQ8 And finally a question: What is the price you would pay for a single cycle? If there was a technology that would make an aircraft fly for a whole day - and with this one it's entirely possible, would 500-1000% increase in the price per cycle be a factor in decision-making? For reference, our 436Wh/kg 12S 25Ah pack is around 24$/cycle, while our semi-solid state 12S 25Ah is 2.4 $/cycle For defense products maintenance costs are usually a non-issue, but what about the civilian applications?
