RSPNDR brings a compelling & innovative offering that I've not seen before addressing ALARM response, but heard about.....and ironically, I wrote/predicted that this type of security service offering we would see more of as "THE security industry will take over many Law Enforcement "duties", in the International Security Journal (ISJ) INFLUENCERS EDITION over the past few years!
The #rspndr service seems to reduce LEO work demands (911 calls), otherwise making #LEO available for P1 calls of violent-crimes-in-progress, etc... and increases better response times to ALARMS based on real time proximity of security companies assets...let's call it a "Uber Security Response" solution! It's really interesting and is basically "security crowdsourcing" in response to crime in communities? I think it's an innovative approach, worthy of watching, given current status of "things" happening and not-happening in our society to PREVENT (crime prevention), STOP (intervention of crimes in progress) and RESPOND (after-the-fact, post investigation arrests), TO CRIME! Cool approach y'all are using Andrew Dunn....but I see it far extending beyond ALARMS based on a flexible model.
