Job Search Tip: Have the details of your employment history ready. Online application systems typically ask for the same information as paper job applications, including your contact information, educational background, and about past employment history.

what do you do every time you come across a job posting?? Do you save it to apply later, or just look for another one and not even apply? I was talking to HR and this is what he mentioned to me. It’s very important to apply ASAP. You see a job posting, the longer you wait, lower are the chances of your application moving forward (in most cases). Applying early can : ▴ put your application at the top of the pile and ensure it is one of the first they review. ▴ help your resume stand out before the applicant pool becomes saturated. ▴ make it more likely your application is considered in the initial review as they may have internal deadlines. The most important factor is submitting a high-quality application that highlights your relevant skills and experience, but it is better to be safe and submit early!

Today is half of the #dailyuichallenge I designed a user-focused, simple-to-use employment application. In this application, personalized job postings are published on the home screen. You can access the advertisements that appear when you search. I aimed to avoid information density by separating the job posting and company details on the job posting page. 👩💻 👨💻 I present it to your liking. 🌼 P.S. Wait for the prototype on the link UIX101 #UIX #UIX101
