What series of NdFeB is suitable for your product? - #BondedNdFeB 🔁Process Magnetic powder → Mixing with binder, etc. → Injection/molding → Curing and grinding → Surface treatment → Injection assembly → Magnetization → Bonded neodymium iron boron magnet finished product. ⬆Advantages The product is easy to shape and has extremely high dimensional accuracy, meeting the requirements of products such as hard disks and optical discs that demand high precision🚀. The product does not contain heavy #rareearth elements, resulting in a relatively low unit cost. Due to direct molding, the processing loss is relatively low. ⬇Disadvantages The magnetic performance is relatively low, with the maximum magnetic #energy product of the current product being approximately 12MGOe, far lower than the 52MGOe of sintered neodymium iron boron🧲. Due to the upstream monopoly of magnetic powder by MQI, the product is expensive. A case from this week that I treated with VDW Rotate. I've been using a lot more ductile alloys, mostly EdgeEndo X7 Utopia, recently. The flexibility, and narrow D16, mean they're great at preserving PCD and the natural curvature of the canal. A drawback is that they lack "bite", and can be difficult to step between files at the apex. This case had very narrow mesial canals, and the curvature was very gentle. It gave me the chance to return to my long-term favourite - VDW Rotate. Amalgam and pin removed, and a com posit pre-Endo build-up placed with SDR. Patency with #8 C+ 15.04 20.05 25.04 AUI 5.25% NaOCl and 17% EDTA with Irriflex and Irrisafe. Hydraulic condensation with 25.04 GPP and TotalFill BCS Composite core.

That's why yesterday's atomization of Gd irregular bar is a perfect example of rePOWDER's capabilities to process reactive alloys from any available feedstock form. 🍶 But producing the powder is one thing, another challenge is safe transportation.
