I am wondering what your Hiring process entails? Do you intentionally look for and hire low quality individuals for your various store/franchisee store locations who are lazy, unprofessional and racist? That certainly seems to be the case here in the local Fort Lauderdale, FL area where you have a store location in which the (so-called) "Store Manager" is a does not do her job right, the store is filthy, it is a haven for (dangerous) homeless people (who shoplift non-stop from the store) and who is also a despicable racist individual too. (I am hoping that the new Publix Supermarket being built across the street from this location puts this store out of business once it opens up in September of this year too)
They dont care about their employees

4mo7/11 treats people like trash. Speedway was an awesome place to work and 7/11 totally destroyed a great place to work. I was a manager at the store by headquarters while they slowly destroyed benefits, lowered bonuses, and did everything but put me in the store leader position in favor of less qualified women simply because they were women while telling me a totally different story. Great place to work if you never want a raise and be lied to about their plans for promotion and have your future played with for whatever district manager's amusement.
