Struggling with a hamstring injury? 🏃♂️💔 Here's a quick guide to strapping it up and getting back on your feet: 1. Identify the tear's location by feeling for the most sensitive spot. 🕵️♂️ 2. Mark the area so you know exactly where to focus. ✍️ 3. Use tape to bracket the sensitive spot, applying minimal tension. 📏 4. Have the patient lie on their stomach for the next steps. 🛌 5. Apply a strip of tape over the tender area, pressing and folding the skin for optimal support. 🤕➡️😌 6.
