Last week, we celebrated Take our Kids to Work day with our excited participants! They explored our dynamic office, getting a taste of our fun work environment. With hands-on activities and collaborative projects, they experienced firsthand the creativity and teamwork that drives our success. A big thank you to everyone who made the event possible!

This week, we hosted a virtual all-staff meeting at D'Ieteren, and I couldn't be more proud of the incredible teamwork and engagement from everyone involved. 10 of our talented colleagues took the stage, while another 10 worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly. We spent an hour discussing key topics and answering live questions from our colleagues. It was truly inspiring to see hundreds of you online, actively participating and sharing your thoughts. This event was a fantastic way to wrap up the first semester of the year, and it's clear that this won't be the last time we come together like this. Thank you to everyone who made this possible and to all who joined us. Here's to many more successful and collaborative sessions ahead!

How long have you been working with NASCENT?: 1 year and 8 months now (20 months) Favorite memory at NASCENT?: Our last Holydays Party at "Top Golf" - That was FUN! What does a typical day look like for you?: I usually start at 7:30AM by digging through some emails and Teems messages and reviewing my tasks and setting up a goal for a day. We also have our daily stand-up meeting in the morning to report and/or resolve any blockers. Day goes on with fulfilling tasks and performing our best as a team to deliver best possible product. Favorite part of the job?: My favorite part would be to communicate and collaborate with my team members, to resolve an issue or generate a solution. That is an exciting part of my job. Do you have any advice for anyone working at Nascent?: Remember that a job, even a great job or a fantastic career, doesn’t give your life meaning, at least not by itself. Life is about what you learn, who you are or can become, who you love and are loved by.

Addison's mission is to see the people he manages promote from within. Success comes from building a culture that values and, therefore, retains great individuals. 2. Although Addison has no regrets, he advised not to be "Married to a situation," instead remaining flexible and open to possibilities. 3. Addison's driver for motivation is investing in people! There is no wonder why the people around you speak so highly of you, and no doubt in my mind that you're making a difference in all the lives that you come across.
