Spencer would like to wish all of its employees and their families, partners, and customers in the USA a happy 4th of July. It is a time to reflect, celebrate and recognize our independence and the people who helped to achieve and maintain it. Our US offices will be closed on the 4th and 5th of July, but our global support teams and field technicians will still be available to support customer associates and stores as the need arises. Clint has made a massive impact in a short amount of time. He helped onboard a great customer of ours, HEB. For the last 2+ years, I have been deeply immersed in the idea of WARP. Many have called me crazy. Working at WARP has taken me to the other side of the world, quite literally, and demanded long days, time away from family and friends—time I will never get back. As a methodical person, I view this as a tradeoff. Most people see working somewhere as a tradeoff for money. They would think it's "crazy" for me to work this way just for a paycheck, and I 100% agree. However, the reason I work the way I do isn't for that 1:1 tradeoff. I work this way because I truly believe in WARP's vision. Every minute I spend on WARP, we are one step closer to building a logistics platform that will connect a fragmented industry of shippers, warehouses, and carriers. The potential impact of this is unfathomable. The best analogy I can think of is having a child. One of the amazing things about having a child (though I don't have any children myself) is that you create a legacy—someone who can have a great life and potentially make the world a better place. With children, you give up everything with the aspiration to make the world better, and I feel that I can do that every day with WARP.
