🍦Next time you’re craving ice cream, try blending up this frozen smoothie bowl! Customize it depending on what ingredients you have available. 🍓 For even more frozen goodness, use frozen banana AND frozen avocado. If you do, you’ll probably need to add a little more milk to get a creamy texture. 🍌🥑 Super Greens Frozen Smoothie Bowl (serves 1) ½ cup (120 ml) unsweetened almond milk or other non-dairy milk 1 tbsp chia seeds ½ banana, peeled and sliced ¼ avocado, peeled and cubed ½ cup (70 g) frozen spinach ½ cup (80 g) frozen berries 1 tsp spirulina powder or other super green powder (optional) ½ scoop vanilla protein powder (optional) 1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional topping) Place the milk and chia seeds in a blender and let sit for 10 minutes, to allow the chia to gel. Add the banana, avocado, spinach, and berries and blend at high speed, scraping down the blender as needed. Add 1-2 Tbsp of milk if the mixture gets too thick. Add the spirulina and protein powders (if using). Blend until incorporated. Scrape the mixture into a bowl and top with the optional hemp seeds. Enjoy! 🤳 If you make this, post a photo and tag me! #strongmindstrongbody #healthmindset #resilientmindset #healthychallenges #mindsettransformation #toughmindstrongbody #resiliencechecklist #fitmindset #personalresponsibilityfitness #mindoverbody

Bowls of grains topped with vegetables, protein and some sort of dressing are not only healthy but can be flavoursome and deeply comforting. This vegan rice bowl with its smoked tomato sauce is particularly good. It’s especially so when topped with tofu marinaded in a pure maple syrup dressing then fried in coconut oil. https://lnkd.in/gavt3mB

Shop Scanner provides South Africans with a better way to shop online. We provide a variety of blenders and juicers for sale that improve your buying experience by adding intelligence, safety, and convenience. The way juicers and blenders process fruit and vegetables is the main difference between the two. Juicers extract only the liquid from fruits and vegetables by removing the pulp, peel, and other components. Blenders blend all ingredients, including fibrous ones, into smoothies. Both options are safe. Each of them will make eating more fruits and vegetables easier, and blenders let you try other ingredient combinations for drinks and other meals besides juice. https://lnkd.in/dSBfemx9 #BlenderSale #JuicerSale #HealthyLiving #KitchenAppliances 🍏
