Can I get an Amen? 🙌 📝 Key CX Metrics You Need to Know That No One Provides except serviceMob: * Contacts per Resolved Experience: How many interactions does it take to resolve certain experience types? * Average Minutes per Resolved Experience: How long does it take to resolve an experience by experience type? * Average One Contact Experience Rate: How often are issues resolved in a single experience? These are just a few metrics that should be modeled from the customer's perspective. The reality is, contact demand and case/ticket volume won't decrease until we do this. 🧐 Why It Matters: Most metrics today are operational and fail to capture the true customer experience within the data of the service Franken-Stack!
