He has become the embodiment of the organization he is leading (shared values). 2. Positive Energy, Resilience, Courage, Focus & Authenticity make up an unstoppable leader. 3. Sharing vulnerability reflects strength, not weakness, and nourishes humility. 4. A culture of trust, empathy, empowerment & winning mindset is the foundation for great achievements. 5. Character trumps capability (& of course complements it). 6.
