For those of you who need or know people who need support while going through a faith transition/crisis... I am beginning my 2nd year of affordable group, educational support tomorrow night. I make myself available for people in faith transition every Wednesday night, and I'd love for more to know about this valuable resource. Are you struggling with a faith transition? Are you struggling on how to tell your loved ones? Are you in the middle of deconstructing all kinds of messy things… from how you feel about sex, to political views, to parenting perspectives, to ideas about the afterlife? Are you lonely in this messiness? Are you dealing with anger, shame, embarrassment, confusion, regret or a host of other emotions? Are you wanting to rebuild where you’ve had to tear down? I have been working with folks deconstructing from high demand religions for decades now. Not only am I an expert in faith transitions… but also in sexuality… and in relationships. My journey helping those deconstructing led me to all of those expertises. For good reason! Come join me for the second year I’ll be hosting a year’s worth of faith transition support. https://lnkd.in/g_gMBRrC

How's your week going? Here's an activity you can introduce not just for #WellbeingWednesdays with Rangeet, but everyday! Repeat 4 phrases for at least a minute (each day): 💬 I am sorry. 💬 (Please) Forgive me. 💬 Thank you. 💬 I love you. These four phrases are an ancient Hawaiian practice called ‘Ho’oponopono’, which roughly translates to 'cause things to move back into balance’ or ‘make things right’. Through Ho'oponopono, we: 🤔 learn to release the burdens of negativity, limiting beliefs, and unexpressed emotions that hold us back 🤔 are encouraged to let go of self-hatred and forgive those who may have wronged us, or even ourselves 🤔 learn to take responsibility for our actions and seek forgiveness when needed 🤔 foster self-love and inner peace 🤔 are encouraged to turn inward, reflecting on our own role in any discord This empowers both adults and children, so try it out and let us know what you think! Follow us and come back next Wednesday for another activity! If you're interested in introducing this into your classrooms, write to info@rangeet.com and we can work together. #Rangeet #MakeTheWorldRangeet #SEEK #PlayfulLearning #TeacherGram #SocialEmotionalLearning #TeachersOfInstagram #TeachDifferent #LearnThroughPlaying #LearningIsFun #PlayToLearn #LearnWithPlay #EducatorsOfInstagram #LearningAboutEmotions #ChildrenMentalHealth #EmotionalIntelligence #SelfCare #MentalHealthMatters #MentalHealthForKids #EmotionalWellbeing #MentalHealthForTeachers

If your goal is to raise successful children without sacrificing their souls, do these 12 things immediately! ✨But first, 📌 Save & 📤 Share with a friend who needs to see this. → Follow me Homeschool Mastery Group for more everyday value. 📚✨ → Comment “HOMESCHOOL” to get FREE Courses, Coaching, and Resources to help. 🎓🆓 Here is what has to change to transform your child’s relationships and education: 1. If they are in public school, take them out. 2. If they are spending more time with peers than you as their parents, reverse that immediately. 3. If they are showing signs of addiction to media or devices, completely cut them off. 4. If you don’t spend quality one-on-one time together, start scheduling it daily. 5. If you haven’t already, accept your position as their primary educator (no matter their schooling format). 6. If you are a person of faith, put that on display with some kind of daily practice you do together (Ex: Bible study, worship, prayer, singing, asking questions about who God is…) 7. If you believe academics are important, then push them, but push values and positive experiences 10X harder. 8. If they are acting out negatively, then implement appropriate consequences and don’t compromise. 9. If your relationship is strained, then sit down with them and cast a vision for something better, then spend quality time together every day until you both love being together. 10. If you’re not on the same page with your spouse, have a family meeting and cast a vision for a better future. Come to terms and hold each other accountable. 11. If you don’t like who they are becoming, then make sure they aren’t learning it from you. 12. If you feel too busy, then audit your day and cut out 90% of the distractions that compete with your children for attention. It’s not OUTCOMES or RELATIONSHIPS. It’s RELATIONSHIPS leading to better OUTCOMES. #Homeschooling #HomeEducation #ParentingTips #RaiseSuccessfulChildren #FaithBasedEducation #ParentingAdvice #FamilyFirst #TransformativeEducation #PrimaryEducator #QualityTime #MediaDetox #PositiveParenting #HomeschoolSupport #IntentionalParenting #BetterOutcomes
