You can easily animate textures using the Video Layer or take inspiration from Vlad Kolokolnikov creative approach by animating an image applied to an object like in this design. For smooth image movement like in this example, simply adjust the Offset Value and other settings in the Image Material, assign unique values for each state, and set up a Start Event in an infinite loop.
