I've always been a fan of business novels, which describe more of the context around what one can do with all the moving pieces and people so you can learn how to make good decisions (Books like The Goal, The Phoenix Project, and more). This semester in digital analytics, I'm experimenting with a few video lessons; the first up is explaining a/b testing to students. While we'll end up in a software tool and talking about tech before we jump in, let's connect it to the why.

Running an A/B test on your creative is a waste of resources if that test is never going to get enough data to be statistically significant. You can calculate how much data you need to run tests and therefore figure out how many significant tests you can run every month. In deep consideration of going live next week see how testing goes this week. It be the least profitable version but the risk is lowest also. And fine tune more profitable versions as it runs live

Testing at the end, mmm. Yes! But we need to remember that as products keep evolving, we need to remember testing, and always. Test plans can change, implementation of this needs to be triggered and where we are finding the reason to test is looking at the Risks and testing as early as possible. Hello! Working on the creation of a new product, we offered the customer and successfully organized a continuous process of ensuring the quality of the product, introducing best testing practices both manual and automated. Faced with a number of challenges, we completed the tasks to ensure product stable operation: - About a thousand test cases were created, covering up to 95% of the product functionality. - A framework for black box autotesting was developed from scratch, and clients were developed to work with special testing tools. - Test cases that check the critical functionality of the product became automated.
