Spokane in Top 10 for Best Cities for New Grads Congratulations to all 2025 Graduates of the UD! Spokane is one of Zillow's top cities for new college graduates, based on rental affordability, job prospects and the percentage of people in their 20s. Why it matters: Young college grads may thrive best in cities where there are places to kickstart careers and rents don't eat a whole paycheck, said Zillow in a recent report. By the numbers: Spokane came in ninth among metro areas with a population of at least 500,000 people, according to data sent to Axios by Zillow. The city earned points for typical rents that take up only 28% of the median entry-level income and ranked 18th in the U.S. for the number of job postings. #Spokanetopcitycollegegrads #kickstartcareers
