https://lnkd.in/esdGx999 Given our discussion, could we argue that the Jeremy Bamber case is another instance where the CCRC may have fallen short in fearlessly asking the right questions, thoroughly analysing new evidence and submissions, and, most crucially, correctly identifying cases that should be referred to the Court of Appeal? First off subscribe to Lackluster. He's one of the biggest channels out there holding police accountable and he's lived through their crimes. Any of my California friends remember the first part of this video with the psycho cop who busted into a closed door and stormed into a house with no warrant and had the balls to arrest the homeowner for asking the piece of trash to leave? Then charged her with a crime? Well if the first part of the video doesn't make you pissed off enough just keep watching. An innocent food delivery driver gets held at gunpoint and viciously attacked by several sociopaths who are also stupid enough to keep yelling at an empty car like it's a bomb threat when they were the instigators of the entire situation. Then the icing on the evil corruption cake is them fabricating a charge to justify their evil behavior. Both situations happen daily nationwide and most of them don't get news coverage. Also keep in mind not one negative thing has happened to any of the police officers in either case. I'm sure it's just me and there's so many good cops out there. Like all the good cops who stood up for the victims in both cases and reported it to their captain that all these laws were broken and the prosecutors that prosecuted all the crimes and the judges that threw book at them.... 🤔 When does American society finally wake up and collectively decide they aren't going to allow the thin blue line gang to violate American citizens anymore? #corruption #pig #pigs #police #PoliceBrutality #constitution #cop #cops #violence #lawlessness #Lackluster https://lnkd.in/gueEKd4h

https://lnkd.in/dk2A9jmR In our next video, we will examine Mr. Henley KC's report on the CCRC's handling of Mr. Malkinson's case, considering whether the CCRC needs a complete overhaul and if the reluctance of some to speak justifies making Mr. Malkinson's Inquiry statutory.
