And a great Friday morning to all my Lovable LI Laff Lovers! December 27, 2024 -- most major 2024 holidays are in the rear-view mirror, but there's one more to come that pretty much everyone celebrates: New Year's Eve/Day! BUT. Before that happens in just a few days, here's a last look at Christmas and Hanukkah because I still have so many fun memes that I couldn't include in yesterday's post! And for those who don't know about dreidels -- the spinning top mentioned in one of these pictures -- it's an old way of having fun during Hanukkah. 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞: It's a gambling game where, after you ante up, the letter that comes up when you spin the top tells you what to do: take the whole pot, take half the pot, do nothing, or ante up again Got plans for New Year's, friends? 𝐎𝐇! Remember to check out the great fun posts from these other Friday Funsters: Britt Crawford, Chris Lenz, David Reed, & Jeremy Ben-Israel. Also check out our Sunday Punsters: Nick Smethurst, Julian Torrez, Rochelle Heath-Harris, & Steve Elliott! #Humor #Humour #Laughing #Jokes #RooksRocks #NewYear 💖As always, let's 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡, 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧, 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞, and 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 while we can! * * * * * * * * * ✅If you like this post and want to see more ... 🏃🏽Click "Follow" on my profile. 🔔𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐧𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 "𝐚𝐥𝐥" 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐲 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬.

Little actions that mean a lot this holiday season: 📲 Have that overdue catch-up call with a friend. 📝 Write a note to someone who made your year better. ❓ Ask 'how are you really?' and staying for the answer. ☕️ Have a properly long coffee with a family member. 💬 Send a voice note to someone you miss. ❄️ Take a winter walk with someone close. Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas! 🎄 While this season can bring joy, it can also be a tough time for many. Here are a few Christmas considerations to keep in mind: 1️⃣ Don’t be afraid to say, “I’m struggling” or “This time of year is hard.” It’s brave to open up, and being trusted is a gift in itself. 2️⃣ If someone shares their struggles with you, remember you don’t need to have all the answers. Just listening can make a world of difference. 3️⃣ If you feel lost, reflect on the true meaning of Christmas—new life and new beginnings. Even when life feels unresolvable, change can bring hope. 4️⃣ Avoid comparing yourself to others. Social media often shows the highlights, not the full story. 5️⃣ If you’re in despair, please know help is available. Here’s a link to support numbers: https://lnkd.in/erj-M4D6 Take care of yourselves and each other. ❤️

🎅🎄 This Christmas, remember: The greatest gift you can give yourself isn’t under the tree—it’s the commitment to become the person you’ve always wanted to be. Most people waste December making excuses: “I’ll start in January.” That’s loser talk. Winners build momentum now. 💥 Think about it: Santa didn’t build an empire overnight. He didn’t sit on his ass waiting for the North Pole’s economy to grow—he worked, planned, and executed. 🎁 The elves didn’t become elite toy-makers by taking December off—they grinded when everyone else was “relaxing.” THAT’S the mindset you need. Here’s the truth no one wants to hear: If you’re unhappy with where you are, it’s because YOU allowed it. Tough love? Sure. But let me tell you this: You are 1 DECISION away from flipping the script on your life. 🔥 Christmas isn’t just about gifts—it’s about growth. What’s your excuse? Too much food? Too busy? Too many distractions? B.S. You have the same 24 hours as everyone else. The difference between winners and losers is simple: Action. This Christmas, give yourself the gift of self-discipline. Set the tone for 2025 NOW. Because the world doesn’t care about your excuses—it only respects results. 🚀💪 🎄 If you’re ready to level up, drop a 🎅 in the comments. Let’s get to work. 👊 #ChristmasGrind #LevelUp #NoExcuses

🎄 This Christmas, my wish is simple: I hope more people find the courage to share their stories. The holidays are the perfect time for storytelling—whether it’s over dinner, by the Christmas tree, or during quiet moments together. Yet, so often, the stories that matter most remain untold. But here’s the truth: your story matters. Whether it’s a childhood memory, a hard-earned lesson, or a moment of joy, sharing your story brings connection and meaning. And it’s not just about your story—listening to the stories of others is its own kind of gift. Here’s my Christmas wish for you: 🎁 Share a story over the holidays with your family. 🎁 Reflect on moments that shaped you this year. 🎁 Ask your loved ones to share their stories, too. ✨ What’s a story you wish your family would share this year? P.S. Imagine if every family gathering this year ended with a story that brought everyone closer. What’s a story you’re hoping to hear this Christmas? #whatsyourstory #storytelling #christmaswishes

As we quickly approach Christmas, after one truly overwhelming year of weather disasters, a Presidential Election, and a not-so-stable economy...I ask you to keep in mind the "Reason for the Season". I know it's easy for it to escape us sometimes as we caught up with every day life. Here’s just a quick 7 ways to inspire the "Reason for the Season" in yourself and others & spread Love & Christmas Cheer! 1. Christmas is NOT ABOUT GIFTS. 2. Be kind to others for no reason because "Kindness is Free". 3. Hold the door for someone in NEED. 4. Say Hello or a friendly Hi to someone just because. 5. Pay it Forward any chance you get. 6. Spend time with loved ones we still have here because life is fleeting. 7. BE LOVE, SHOW LOVE, & SPREAD LOVE , because you never know what someone else is dealing with this Holiday. Happy Holidays Everyone & Wishing You & Your Loved Ones a Truly Wonderful Christmas Season!

𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗴𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿. First, instead of a word for the year, He's given me a glimpse into the future with a worship song for 2025 - 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘚𝘰𝘯𝘨 by Micah Tyler. I get literal chills when I listen anticipating what God has planned. Secondly, God is calling me to prioritize Him for the first seven days of January and place Him in the center of all of my plans. Before I set my year-long intentions, I've created seven intentions for these seven days: 1. Quiet the noise and step away from social media 2. Immerse myself in The Word daily 3. Dedicate time to prayer 4. Listen to a sermon series from the 2819 Church 5. Reflect on 2024, analyzing what worked and what didn't, then set personal and business intentions for 2025 (Tip: journal and pray over your intentions daily and see how big God can be. Crediting Jenny Marrs for this tip) 6. Organize healthy menus for easier meal planning 7. Commit to moving my body daily I'll be signing off for now to focus on these intentions, but I'm excited for my 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬. This short break is about renewal and realignment with God's purpose for my life. See you all soon, refreshed and ready for what 2025 has in store!
