Sweet Summertime- teens get to enjoy no school, sleeping in, lazy days...that is, until they get bored and long for the days of structure and routine...maybe. We're just about halfway through Summer, so you may need to help them come up with some new activities to occupy their time. There's always something fun to do when you live in a big city like Atlanta. The usual outdoor games, hanging by the pool, and going to the movies, but sometimes they want to do something a little different. 2024 Thought of the Week #11: I've slacked off the past two weeks, with some travel two weeks back and then Tinuiti OOO most of last week. But we are back at it with a normal full week now almost under the belt. Now that Q2 is officially upon us, the Summer will soon be kicking into high gear. With that, Prime Day is only about 3 months out (assuming the usual early/mid July date). So it is never too early to start thinking about Prime Day prep. It might sound early, but having a general idea of what you want to accomplish during that event could help pave the way for some testing and learning over these next few months. What do you want to know that you currently do not ahead of the next big tentpole? It's best to have a plan well in advance than scrambling last minute and realizing you let a possible opportunity slip by.

We are back in action today over at OneUp, and in true tradition, it's back to school day! Why aren't we diving into the phones? - Alignment: It's great to align everyone's efforts; if two people are shooting off and 4 are left behind, then you are running at a third of efficiency. Take a day today to have full efficiency tomorrow. - Rust: When you take time off the gym, you do not immediately go in and do your one-rep max, you build back up too it. - Repeat greatness: Its good to go over what actually worked in 2023 and to try and replicate this, not just for scale but to hone in on what ICP actually care about. Even going over a content calendar, which I'll share next week if anyone is interested 👀
