Real-world evidence can support the European Medicines Agency and national regulators in making more robust decisions on medicines. Using data, and the right tools to analyse it, helps us to do things smarter and improve the assessment of medicines. Read more in my latest article. This is very insightful, I always thought about how Europe with its data protection might have applied real-world data to the evidence base. The example of EMA is key. It might take longer for the substance-related disorders area to implement the RWE and your example will be fundamental.
Great to see the growing impact of real-world evidence in regulatory decisions. This integration of diverse data sources across Europe is crucial for patient safety and medicine effectiveness.
Great to see the milestones achieved Emer - fostering a data-driven approach to improving patient outcomes is the way forward!
Viola Brugnatelli - this may be of interest. RWE is the way forward! 🥦👌
