The best advice you’ll get about answering your next employee survey... 👏 If your employer has shown they act on feedback, DO the survey and be as honest and transparent as possible. 🛑 If your employer has shown they don't listen to or act on feedback, DON’T do the survey at all - no matter how much pressure you get from your Leader or organization to do it - your silence will say all they need to hear.
