For an hour and a half, you’ll review things like common interview questions and sample answers, interview scenarios (one-on-one vs panel vs phone or Virtual interviews and more) interviewing techniques and tips and presentation skills. I came to the realization that I hit the 25-year mark in nonprofit fundraising this summer! Thank you to Rick Loring who first hired me as Development Director for the Huntsville Botanical Garden in August of 1999. This career has never been dull, and has given me a sense of accomplishment outside of my home and family. I'd like to think I've made a difference along the way. I've also gotten to know many amazing people through the years, and I'm not finished yet! Another thanks goes to Del Martin, my Dalton High School friend who became my first mentor. Del, I've "paid it forward" and helped others along this path! I'm old enough to retire, but still enjoy working every day with Still Serving Veterans to make a difference in the lives of Veterans, like my father, who have served our country with honor.
