Bus. Dev., Facilitating introductions for manufacturing in USA, coast to coast. Personal & Org. Dev. Coach, Cert. Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner
A country like the USA needs a North Star everyone agrees upon and continues to head toward that North Star as a connected as possible making strides and improvements to get there. The states should be aligned and become a piece of that puzzle offering their particular strengths and resources as part of the action plan to reach that North Star. The North Star is the fulfillment of our Constitution and Bill of Rights. USA citizens are afforded choices and resources to reach their personal potential with purpose. Each contributing citizen has an equal chance, requiring drive, passion, self investment to get there. Confidence, respect, self authored responsibility, accountability and resilience to find resources and support must be found in one’s own values, strengths, mission, vision and role of leadership. This is not where federal government should be involved. With all the technology we have at our fingertips, we are well armed with all we need to realize our dreams. Don’t reach for a crutch when you have two working legs! (Metaphorically only). We are all created for a purpose to the whole…very strong. You must author the vision, your mission and the action plan. Only you are in charge of your role in life. Faith will get you there because it is not a coincidence, it is by design YOU were created to be here, in the now, with your strengths and passion, dreams and aspirations to make us whole. We are all connected by the same Creator with His vision of who He created us to be. The gift of freedom, free will is within each of us. The rest of us need you to be part of the whole. Realize your blessings, the very best of who your are to create the very best of who you were born to be! Start with you, your family, your neighborhood, your community.

Here are a few of the highlights from the start of the year! Nothing better than getting out there and meeting people face to face.
What a HUGE start to the year. Attending events and talking to people about how they can scale their business effectively overseas (resources to come!). Spot the 'Hot Ones' reaction from Braden...may need a repeat of going up the scoville scale again this year!

🏈 The Super Bowl is this weekend already!? 😯 🏈 Whether you are a San Francisco 49ers fan or a Kansas City Chiefs fan, there will be many fans with a reason to celebrate, especially in #LasVegas. 🎉 With several casinos, entertainment venues, massive hotels, and restaurants only a few miles from the Super Bowl stadium, there won’t be a lack of places to go! 🏈 🥂 At virtually every gaming facility in Las Vegas, Won-Doors take the place of conventional swinging doors that limit design flexibility and can be cumbersome for large numbers of guests moving between spaces. At Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino (pictured), the Won-Doors serve as a fire-assembly separator, between the casino and the shopping center. They are commonly used in sports facilities for football, baseball, basketball and hockey, where large numbers of fans must pass through openings and corridors that must be sealed off in an emergency while still providing emergency egress. #wondoors #firedoors #safetydoors #entertainmentindustry #architects #superbowl
