We've been zoning in on how screen time affects your sleep. Now it's time for a little sleep homework 📝 1 - Ask yourself, how many hours a day am I on screen? 2 - How late in the day am I using my phone or tablet? Each of these is absolutely critical. The doctors challenge you to focus on your real life, not your virtual life, by disconnecting from screens at least 3-4 hours before bed. If you find yourself feeling alone, listen to the Blues instead of taking on blue light from your screen 😉 How do you feel when you think about cutting down your screen time or disconnecting earlier in the evening? Tell us in the comments! Looking for more tips to get better Sleep, Sanity & Success?
