Three tips for how to grow your communities with others 1. Reach out to internal team members and ask them to run an AMA on a topic relevant to your community. 2. Reward members who are active and helping out others. Send them some swag. 3. Set up a private channel for your core members so that they have access to extra resources to help other members

𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝘁? 🤔 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩? -> The chance to connect, learn, and network with amazing people! 𝙃𝙤𝙬? -> By not attending meetups, events, and hackathons. 𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚? -> Let me break it down for you! Recently, I had the opportunity to attend an event hosted by Daytona, a Developer Environment Management company dedicated to helping developers become more productive. Basically, by using it, you'll get rid of installing various dependencies, the "runs on my machine issue" etc. And the only thing you'll have to focus on is 'code'. Honestly, my initial motivation was, just to score a "𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘛-𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳" (haha 😅). But once the event started, my focus completely shifted. The content was just too good to ignore! 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗮 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻: 3/. Ivan Burazin, the co-founder & CEO of Daytona (the guy in the pic, (not me!)), kicked things off by explaining how Daytona helps developers boost their productivity. 2/. Next up was Sathish VJ, who broke down the fundamentals of GenAI and demonstrated how to build an application using Go & Gemini. 1/. Then, Aditya Oberai talked about the best and healthiest ways to contribute to open source. This was followed by Ivan on how contributing to open source can truly transform your career. I genuinely loved the event and can't wait to attend more like it! 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀, I strongly encourage you to explore and participate in such events. Believe me, they can absolutely make your day and open up countless opportunities! 🙌 Big thanks to the Daytona team for hosting such a fantastic event. PS: The T-shirt and dinner? Loved them too! 😄

1. Turning a "contact" into "connection" starts with a GIVE. 2. Attending community events focused on a common value or interest is a great beginner bonding activity. 3. 1:1 "Coffee Connects" are cliche and make people feel pressured to "be on".
