She broke down their workflow like this: 📩 • Processing customer info: Receive an email with the customer documents as attachments, then ask OpenAI GPT-4o to extract essential info (name, company, address, summary). 🔍 Enhanced Due Diligence: Perform a Google Search on the company, scraping the top results. Search the internal knowledge base for relevant due diligence procedures.
