While 43% of Europeans are afraid of ageing, there are just as many people who remain unfazed by the idea and embrace it fearlessly! People who rate their mental health as good are particularly carefree about the future: only 38% of them are afraid of growing older. This contrasts with 58 % of those who describe their mental health as poor. What about you? Do you worry about ageing? #STADAHealthReport #HowAreYou #Health #HealthReport

Chronic Illness & Mental Health 🤝 The link between long term health conditions and mental health is profound. Not only is the diagnosis process for a chronic illness gruelling and sometimes traumatic for patients. It can quickly become part of or even take over an individual's identity. Without the appropriate support, an individual's mental health can decline and the workplace plays a part in this. It is not a workplace's responsibility to 'fix' the situation but to provide an environment where individuals can prioritise their wellbeing and chronic illness. What's your opinion on this? #mentalhealth #chronicillness #workplacewellbeing #employeehealth
