I think it's important in an organization that Authority should frame direct contact with team members they should not communicate or interact thru team leader. I believe it's not good decision to bound one person for all decision it's like hanging up voice of the other team members . Research shows that when team masters are too controlling, it can make the team feel unhappy and lesser motivated. right? Well, it's the same in workplaces. Studies have found that when leaders don't let their team members share their ideas or talk directly to higher-ups, it can make everyone feel less happy and make the work not as good. So, instead of having just one team boss who makes all the decisions, it's better when everyone in the team gets to share their ideas and help make decisions together. This way, the team can work better, come up with more creative solutions, and everyone feels more included and happy.
