A lot of interest about our 𝗠𝗕𝗠𝟱𝗞 from 𝗣𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 at recent productronica in Munich. It's a compact #bonding machine for #multilayer with an average power consumption of 𝟯𝟬𝟬𝗪 only. Ideal for medium production and prototyping, it offers the same performance as larger models, but with a very limited investment. It allows to produce 𝟯𝟯" 𝘅 𝟮𝟲" multilayer panels with thicknesses up to 𝟭𝟱 𝗺𝗺. Looking back to March 2022, the team worked hard on the second CN-Seamless prototype. We reconsidered every detail during the second design phase, including torch positioning, user enhancements, and safety measures optimization. 🔧💡 As the team completed the design revisions a few months later, we developed an efficient production plan for organizing the creation of internal machine components. We've also added protective 3D-printed covers and smart cable management solutions to improve functionality and aesthetics in the second prototype. 🦾⛑️ Prototype 2 received positive feedback during its presentation at Senior Design Day, reaffirming our project's success in April 2022. Features like height control, magnetic base, emergency stop functionality, and hall effect sensor homing were now functional with the second prototype. 📐🔌🛠️ Stay tuned for the final update in our prototyping journey to see the connection between Prototype 2 and the CN-Seamless Mach 1. 🙌 #innovation #engineering #prototyping #technology
