🤗 Many people hate the chore of cleaning windows, but to make this chore easier and faster, we’ve compiled a list of dos and don’ts you’ll want to follow. 1. Window Cleaning Dos - Remove dirt and debris. You need to remove the dust and debris from the windowsill, otherwise, it will turn into a muddy mess once you begin cleaning. - Spray a lot of cleaner on the glass. Ensure all the dirt, smudges, and fingerprints come off the glass. - Use a microfiber cloth. Microfiber cloths are very absorbent and reusable. Simply throw them in the washing machine after use 2. Window Cleaning Don’ts - Don’t use a squeegee. Reserve the squeegee for large picture windows and use a microfiber cloth on smaller panes. - Don’t clean windows in the sun. Avoid washing your home’s windows on a sunny day because the sun will dry your cleaning solution before you have a chance to wipe it completely.
