8moThe worst place to be is having an unsupportive leader. Then the 1:1 is a waste of time. You end up just answering their general questions because you don’t feel comfortable asking for support. If a environment of trust isn’t fostered or is lost and the team member now has to be mindful of what they say, what they actually need will be harder to come out.
