#StarMountainCapital is pleased to announce that it has closed its U.S. Lower Middle-Market Value-Added Direct Lending Fund IV above its target at $1.2 billion inclusive of debt facilities, with $820 million of LP capital. Investors include public pension funds, insurance companies, asset managers, banks, endowments, foundations, family offices and RIA/wealth management platforms and their clients.
