As a Realtor I've sold several Starlight Homes. It's always been a positive experience and I've never once had to escalate any issue to a Sales Manager, unlike my experiences with other builders. So this does not surprise me at all.

8moHello, I have complained about my floor coming up and peeling since 2019 to the 2-10 home warranty when the home was built and have put in many complaints about the floor. Under the warranty they have came out to fix the floor but it continued to come up and peel. At that time they said alot of people under this builder in my neighbor (starlight home san tan ridge) had the same complaints about the floor peeling and coming up and the builder decided to install planks in the other homes within star light homes san tan ridge community instead of vinyl flooring that peels for no reason. My home is under 4 years old and it is constantly peeling. There is no way I should have to replace this floor in 4 years with this home being a new builded. Can someone please assist me?
