The West End office market has been on the radar for some time now, with occupiers searching for high-quality, Grade A space in the ideal locations. Unfortunately, the vacancy rate of the desired stock is low and the costs associated with refurbishing and repositioning older assets are stopping development projects. As a result, demand is greater than the available supply. So, what should those looking for office space in the West End do?
