WhatsApp is introducing a new feature that enables users to not only lock their chats but also hide the folder containing these private conversations. This feature, currently available as an update for some beta users, allows users to hide their locked chats folder by entering a 'secret code' in the search bar. Once the secret code is added, locked chats will not be visible on the chats list; users can access them by entering the secret code into the search bar. Additionally, some users might receive a feature allowing them to clear the list of locked chats within their privacy settings. This is intended for cases where users forget their secret code.
